Delete or restore your account
Delete your account yourself in Settings. You have 30 days to change your mind before it's removed for good.

Step 1: Download your data first
In Settings, Account, Your data, click Download my data. We email you a zip of everything when it's ready.
Step 2: Delete your account
In the same spot, click Delete account. Pick a reason if you like, type DELETE and click Delete my account.
Step 3: What happens next
Your membership is canceled right away with no more charges, your link in bio, portals and lead forms turn off, and you're signed out. We email you the date your account will be removed.
Step 4: Changed your mind?
Sign in within 30 days and click Restore my account. Everything comes back just as you left it, and you pick a plan again.
Tip: After 30 days, your account, projects, contacts, invoices and files are removed for good and can't be brought back.
