Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Peach Collab Studio.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password safe and turn on two step login if you can. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by anyone you give access to.

Tell us right away at contact@peachtwists.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14 day free trial with full Pro access. No card is needed to start.

When the trial ends, choose Starter or Pro and add a payment method to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses and your data is kept for 30 days.

Plans and billing

Starter is $20 per month or $200 per year. Pro is $35 per month or $350 per year. Prices are in US dollars and don't include any taxes that may apply.

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Upgrades take effect right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades and changes between monthly and yearly billing take effect at your next billing date.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it still can't be collected, your account may be paused until it's updated.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply at your next renewal after the notice period.

Founding Member offer

The first 50 creators who claim the Founding Member offer within 7 days of creating their trial account get Pro for $25 per month or $250 per year.

The founding rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed without a break. Founders may switch between founding monthly and founding annual and keep the founding rate.

If you cancel, or your subscription ends because of an unpaid balance, the founding rate ends. Rejoining later is at the regular price.

Founders get early access to some new features before everyone else. Early access features may change, and we may decide not to release them.

Once all 50 spots are claimed, the offer closes. The offer can't be transferred to another person or account.

Canceling and refunds

You can cancel anytime in Settings, Membership. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Monthly payments are not refundable, including for partial months.

If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of being charged for it, email us and we'll give you a full refund for that charge. After 14 days, yearly payments are not refundable.

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we'll follow it.

Payments between you and brands

Peach Collab Studio is not a payment processor, bank, escrow service or money transmitter. Brands pay you directly through payment links you add, like a card link, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. We never hold, move or guarantee any money.

We aren't a party to your agreements with brands, and we aren't responsible for whether a brand pays you, how much, or when.

Marking an invoice paid is your own record. Always confirm the money has arrived.

Your content

You own everything you create, upload or add, like proposals, contracts, templates, media kits, contacts and notes.

You give us permission to host, store, copy and display your content only as needed to run Peach Collab Studio for you, like showing your portal to brands you invite or your link in bio to visitors.

You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it, including any contact information, logos, photos and links you add.

Brands and clients who use your portal or forms are using Peach Collab Studio under these terms too, and you're responsible for how you use their information.

AI features

Some features use AI to draft emails, fill in project details or summarize information. AI results can be wrong or incomplete, so review them before you rely on or send anything.

AI requests are limited by plan: 50 a month on Starter and 300 a month on Pro. Unused requests don't roll over.

Templates, tax and legal tools

Contract templates, W-9 tools, tax estimates, reports and pricing suggestions are there to help you get organized. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

You're responsible for your contracts, taxes and business decisions. Have a qualified professional review anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use Peach Collab Studio to send spam or unwanted messages, break the law, infringe someone else's rights, harass or threaten anyone, pretend to be someone you're not, share harmful or illegal content, or collect people's information without permission.

Don't try to break into, overload, copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or get around plan limits or security features.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Other services

Connections to Gmail, Microsoft 365, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Canva, Stripe, email platforms and other services are covered by those companies' own terms and privacy policies.

We aren't responsible for those services, and we can't promise they'll keep working with Peach Collab Studio if they change how they work.

Availability and changes to the app

We work hard to keep Peach Collab Studio running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error free.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature you rely on, we'll let you know ahead of time.

Disclaimers

Peach Collab Studio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises beyond what's written in these terms, including promises about results, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Peach Twists, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or missed brand deals.

Our total liability for any claim related to Peach Collab Studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of Peach Collab Studio, or your agreements with brands, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the claim comes from your actions.

Ending your account

You can close your account anytime. Export your data first from Settings, Membership.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the app in a way that could harm other people or the service. When possible, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, email us first and we'll try to work it out together within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll email you and update the date at the top before they take effect. Continuing to use Peach Collab Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.
