Get any file signed

Add a Signature block to any proposal, form, welcome package or invoice so the brand signs it online, not just contracts.

Step 1: Open a template or file

Go to Templates, or open a file from a project, and click + where you want the signature.

Step 2: Add a Signature block

In the block picker, under Sign and pay, pick Signature. Give it a title, like Sign to confirm, and a line about what they agree to.

Step 3: Choose who signs

The brand always signs. Leave Add a line for my signature too checked to sign it yourself; you sign automatically when you send the file.

Step 4: Save your own signature

Go to Settings, Company Brand, Your Signature for Files. Type your name or draw your signature and save it. It goes on every file you send that you sign, and the Send box shows how you'll sign before you send.

Step 5: Send it

Send the file from the project like any other. The brand types or draws their signature, and they can't finish the file until they sign.

Step 6: See the record

On the file, the status card shows who signed, when, and from where. The project's activity notes it too.

Tip: One signature covers the whole file: if a file has a contract and a Signature block, the brand signs once and both show as signed.
