Record a payment without an invoice
Log money a brand sent you directly, by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, card, check or cash.

Step 1: Open the project
Go to the project's Financials tab.
Step 2: Record the payment
Under Invoices, click Record a payment. Add the amount, the date and how they paid, plus an optional note.
Step 3: It counts everywhere
The payment shows in the project's Paid total, Money, Bookkeeping and Taxes. If it covers what's left, the project moves to Completed.
Tip: Logged the wrong amount? Remove the payment and record it again.
