Fill out your W9 once and download a signed PDF whenever a brand asks.

Step 1: Fill it out
Go to Tools, W9 generator and fill in page 1, the same as the IRS form.
Step 2: Sign it
Sign with the signature pad and click Save.
Step 3: Download or attach it
Download the filled PDF, or turn on attaching it to the first email of each invoice.
Tip: Your taxpayer ID is encrypted, and only the last 4 digits are ever shown.
