Plan the content for a collab

Write the brief, concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists and captions for each piece of content, right inside the project.

Step 1: Open the Content plan tab

Open a project and tap Content plan.

Step 2: Write the campaign brief

At the top, the brief starts filled in with the project's details: brand, contact, dates and times, type, details and deliverables. Add the key messages, talking points, tags and handles, hashtags, links, do's and don'ts, and the #ad disclosure, or paste the brand's brief. It saves as you type. Already wrote one? Tap Add project details to put the project's details at the top.

Step 3: Add your content

Tap Add from deliverables to make a card for each deliverable, or + New content for anything else. Each card is one Reel, TikTok, post or blog.

Step 4: Plan each piece

Tap a card to open it: platform and format, post and filming dates, concept, hook, script, a shot list you check off while you film, the caption with a character count, hashtags and inspiration links.

Step 5: Move it along

Drag cards through Idea, Scripting, Filming, Editing, In review, Scheduled and Posted. On a phone, press and hold a card first.

Step 6: Download or print the shot list

Next to Content, tap Download shot list for a spreadsheet of every shot (it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets), or Print shot list to print it or save it as a PDF for the shoot. It has the shot list sections and each card's shots, with notes, platform, film date and what's filmed.

Step 7: Plan the shoot (Pro)

Below the board: posted content links by platform, a filming checklist and notes, content ideas in groups with a goal (tap Make a card on any idea), a shot list in sections like Prep, Arrival and Ambiance to check off while you film, and pro tips.

Step 8: Start from a template (Pro)

Tap Use a template for a Restaurant, Travel, Hotel staycation, Product review, Event, UGC or Date night plan. The one that fits the project's type shows first. It fills in what's empty and adds cards. Tap Save as template to reuse any project's plan.

Tip: On Starter you get the brief, the content board and notes. Pro adds the full plan, hooks and scripts, shot lists and templates.
