Step 1: Add deliverables
On a project's Deliverables tab, add each post with its platform and due date.
Step 2: Send a draft for approval
Add your draft link and caption and send it. The brand approves it or asks for changes in their client portal, and you get a notice.
Step 3: Watch the board
Go to Projects, Deliverables to see everything by status: To do, Drafting, Sent for approval, Changes requested, Approved and Posted.
Step 4: Add the live link
Add the live link any time, even before you mark it posted: click + Live link on the project's Deliverables tab, or Add links on the Deliverables board. Your draft link stays separate.
Step 5: Mark it posted
Click Mark posted. If there's no live link yet, it asks for one first. It counts toward your reports and the brand sees it in their portal.
Step 6: Send the links
Put {content_links} in an email, like your Content is live template, and it fills in every posted deliverable with its live link. The Content is live automation does this for you when content is posted.
